Zouhair Khaliq

Zouhair Khaliq

Zouhair is an international business executive with experience in board level strategy, operations, M&A, startups, turnarounds, telecommunications, mobile financial services, micro-finance and mobile related services.

Zouhair is currently the Managing Director at ICE Advisory LLP and holds a portfolio of Advisory and Non Executive Board positions. He serves as a Non Executive Director on the Board of Emirates Integrated Telecom, Investment Holdings Limited, is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of BMA Funds Limited, Senior Advisor at Voltaire Capital, a trading business specialised in Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange, on the Advisory Boards of Ding, a mobile top-up company and the Advisory Board of FieldForce LLC, a software analytics company. He is a member of the Board of Regents of Harris Manchester College, Oxford University, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an alumni of INSEAD, France.

Zouhair is also the Co-Founder of TeamUp, who focus on the development and mentoring of technology startups and aspiring entrepreneurs. TeamUp was recently awarded a 5 year contract by the Government of Pakistan, ICT R&D Fund to set up and manage the National Incubation Centre in Islamabad. Zouhair is currently working to set up an early stage Venture Capital Fund in the country. Over his career, he has led group initiatives in mobile commerce, infrastructure sharing, off grid energy solutions, restructured group debt and restructured a mobile company,

As well as carving out a Wi-Max business for sale and grown a mobile operator from a base of 1 million to 31 million in 5 years, Zouhair has served on the Boards of mobile operations in Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Jordan and on the Boards of the Islamabad Stock Exchange, a Telecom R&D Fund and as Senior Advisor to the Better Than Cash Alliance, UNCDF.

Taff has over 20 years of senior leadership experience as a business-focused, international commercial lawyer with significant experience in Pan-European Turnaround and Change Management in complex multi-national settings. Throughout his career, his leadership roles have combined strategic thinking with the tactical implementation of Legal, Management and Business services.

Since 2015 Taff has been the Chief Executive Officer of Saffron Solicitors, a boutique law firm based in Birmingham with a national and international client base. During this time Taff has reshaped the mission and strategic direction of the firm while also driving an improved level of quality and financial performance.

Prior to Saffron, Taff was Vice President and General Counsel for an American multinational corporation with US$1 billion turnover. In this role Taff had responsibility for Legal and Corporate Affairs, (HR, Real Estate Admin, Company Secretarial, and Incident Press Relations) across 35 countries. He also ran its businesses in Turkey and Bulgaria and handled their expansion into the Middle East.

A strong mix of legal, leadership and business expertise means that Taff is often invited as a Guest Lecturer at prominent universities, professional development and training seminars. Taff is also a seasoned business and personal development coach and mentor as well as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee for Orchestra of the Swan.

Jim Jordan

Jim Jordan

Jim is an experienced business executive whose current commitments include being a Director Consultant of BNI, which has over 200,000 members and 7.500 chapters worldwide. He is a Master Coach with the Coaching Standards Authority and a Platinum Member of LPW in the USA as a Marketing and Business Strategist.

Jim has 25 years practical experience working in the corporate environment in a variety of Senior Executive roles with Blue-Chip National and International retailers such as Clarks Shoes International, Mulberry and HMV Waterstones. During his career, Jim led all aspects of retail operations to include managing P&L and overseeing performance improvement and adherence to company policies, procedures and brand standards. As UK Operations Director at Mulberry Jim implemented a highly effective recruitment and induction programme and met sales targets post 9/11 with effective training programmes that improved retail standards and increased staff motivation and effectiveness.

For the past 12 years Jim has devoted his time to working with clients as an external consultant, helping them to achieve outstanding results and transformations. Clients include Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Folex in Denmark. Jim also consults with SME’s as a Certified Business Growth Coach and he is an author and keynote speaker on business performance.

As well as achieving Master Coach status Jim has completed Mastery University and the Leadership Academy at the Anthony Robbins Foundation. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and sits on the British Board of NLP.
