Tracey Carr

Tracey Carr

Tracey Carr has over fifteen years’ experience working at the highest levels of leadership development and executive coaching with a particular enthusiasm for enabling and mentoring greater effectiveness through Gender IQ.

Tracey has worked with most large International Firm’s developing Leadership Development Frameworks and global training roll-outs. Her work was endorsed by the Secretary of State in 2003 and in 2006 she received an unsolicited endorsement from the CEO of Barclays Bank, John Varley, as a result of her work in women’s leadership development.

Since 2008 Tracey has been passionate about delivering leadership solutions through Technology following her work with Cisco using Telepresence to deliver leadership development to Cisco’s Global Networks.

Tracey developed and delivered her signature seminar: Authentic Leadership in 2001 and has since delivered it on three continents. She has been on the front page of The FT and Telegraph with her ground-breaking research and is a published author and professional speaker.

Tracey achieved all of this while bringing up her three beautiful daughters as a single parent. Now that they have grown up she has set herself the new challenge of scaling a Technology business to fulfil a constant desire to learn and grow.

Willard Barth is the founder of Willard Barth Enterprises. He has been involved in the field of human behavior, personal and professional development for over 25 years. He has been involved in the development of numerous businesses in various industries. In that time what he has discovered is that from small start ups to multi-national corporations, for a business to be successful they all follow a repetitive cycle which he labels “The Anatomy Of Transformation”. This cycle is actually a seven-phase process that he has implemented in his consulting and coaching which has created DRAMATIC results for the people he has worked with. One company using this system increased their sales by 78% in one year. Another company that Willard’s team is working with became one of the ten fastest growing companies in NJ for 2014, and one of the 2,000 fastest growing companies in the United States.

Willard is also a successful singer/songwriter, his first album “Coming Home” enjoyed International success with the first single “Wind Dancer” reaching number 24 on the pop charts overseas. He also performed regularly with the legendary Les Paul. He co-founded and was the President of “The 7th Power” which is a New Jersey based Non-Profit organization promoting empowerment and charitable support to the community.

Willard currently sits on the boards of two other Non-Profits (Latinos NYC and The Fine to FAB Foundation).

Michael-Don Smith is a Business and Communication Skills Coach. He is an award-winning trainer, coach and entrepreneur and is the CEO of bayc, a 115 year old charity which supports youth organisations and youth clubs throughout the West Midlands, UK, and of Perspectives 20/20, a personal development company he founded in 2001.

Don draws on a breadth of experience having served in military, corporate, SME and 3rd Sector organisations, including coaching senior officers and executives from leading organisations including; The Man Group, Scottish & Southern Electricity, Birmingham City Council, The Metropolitan Police and Barclays Bank.

Brad is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, having graduated with Honors from the nationally accredited Hypnosis Motivational Institute and is a graduate of the esteemed Coaches Training Institute (CTI). As a partner in Natural Path Living, he has a private practice in Boulder, Colorado and in Malibu, California, specializing in peak performance, resilience, and trauma recovery.

Brad is also the founding President/CEO of The Wilderness Institute, Inc., a non-profit Corporation he established in 1984, having served as the organization’s lead facilitator and chief wilderness guide. The Wilderness Institute brings together people from diverse backgrounds and communities and provides therapeutic outdoor adventure experiences for all ages and most abilities. He lives on the Colorado Front Range in the foothills just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park where he enjoys year-round outdoor activities with his life partner, Ciana Grove.

Michelle Brailsford has worked in Human Resources, Training and Learning, Leadership & Organisational Development for the past twenty-five years. She’s been on both sides of the table, working in organisations for fifteen years and consulting for 10 years of her working life.

As an internal consultant, trainer and manager, Michelle has made the business case for change, co-created many innovative solutions, put together implementation plans and coached individuals, teams and leaders through change. Michelle joined BBC Worldwide as their Global Head of Talent and Organisational Development where she worked from 2011-2013.

Neil Everton

Neil Everton has over twenty-five years experience within IT, and has worked in manufacturing, insurance, leisure, finance and wholesale, usually for the largest companies in their respective fields. He’s been involved in writing software to take orders, dispense drugs, book hotels, insure your home and car, analyse your company data and many other things for most of those twenty-five years.

Neil has been active at Microsoft on their steering groups and is a huge advocate of Linux and open source platforms.

She draws from her experience in biofeedback, stress management, and over 2,000 hours of massage therapy certification to provide deep healing and rejuvenation.

Richard “Rick” Cicetti, C.Ht. is Principle and Founder of The Ainslie Group and Your Optimum Life. He is also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist having graduated with honors and is a recipient of The Directors Award from the nationally accredited Hypnosis Motivational Institute.

Rick specializes in elite life coaching, hypnotherapy, human behavior and corporate training. He began his formal study in human behavior in the mid 1980s under the tutelage of Fred Kalmus of Executive Dynamics & Beechwood International and with James Moore of The Wilson Learning Institute & The Pecos River Ranch.

In 1993 Rick began working with Anthony Robbins where being recognized for his skills quickly rose through the ranks to be the first Platinum Trainer and travelled the world with and on behalf of Anthony Robbins.

In 2000 Rick started training presentation skills and dynamic behavior to sales teams across the country for Cisco Systems and executives in Aerospace and Department of Defense Contractors, such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing and The Strategic Command in their proposal management process.

Rick has been acknowledged as a top achiever as a Senior Vice President Financial Wholesaler, coaching financial advisors, brokers and retirement planners during his 8 years with American Express/Ameriprise and Allianz Financial Services.

Rick enjoyed eleven years as an SAG Actor, co-starring in eleven feature films as well as soap operas, sitcoms and episodics. He has managed several high profile restaurants in Los Angeles acclaimed by GQ and Vanity Fair as being the power hubs of the entertainment Industry.

Rick was distinguished by Peter Ueberroth in his role as Senior Manager with The Los Angeles Olympics Organizing Committee.
